With 20 years’ experience in freight forwarding and air cargo, Mark oversees every aspect of the business — from finance and operations to sales, marketing strategy, and talent acquisition. He travels globally to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers. A hands-on manager, Mark is committed to going above and beyond for every customer, no shipment too big or small, striving to be a true extension of their business.
As Finance Supervisor, Charlotte manages the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, ensuring everything is accurate, organised, and under control. Charlotte supports the smooth running of the business behind the scenes, helping maintain stability and reliable day-to-day operations.
