Our general policy is standard freight liability insurance, which only provides a level of cover determined by the weight of the shipment, which in most cases does not cover the value of the product should there be a loss.

We do however provide enhanced liability insurance, which covers your shipment with a 110% loss of the CIF value of the shipment.

We will require the following to arrange your shipment.

• Contact name, phone and email address for the supplier at origin
• Commercial invoice for the goods being shipped
• Packing list detailing the final specifications of the freight
• Certificate of origin

You will need to ensure that you have registered for an Economic Operators Registration Identification (EORI), this is mandatory for any company exporting or importing goods in the UK. You can apply for this here if you haven’t already – https://www.gov.uk/eori
