Meet Scanlon Freight

Our company was founded in 2021 by Mark Scanlon, who brings 20 years of experience working with logistics companies of all types. But it’s not just Mark who has a wealth of experience—our entire team collectively has over 40 years in the industry.

We launched the company during a time when the world was still recovering from a global pandemic, and the economy had slowed down. Starting a business in such uncertain times might have seemed risky, but Mark knew that logistics would always be essential to moving freight. So, we set out to build something special—a freight forwarding company that doesn’t just meet the standard but sets a new one.

From the very beginning, our goal was to create a company that attracts and retains top talent in the industry, while investing in the systems that would allow us to offer total transparency and visibility for every shipment we handle. At the heart of it all, we wanted to create lasting value for our customers.

Our focus is on time-critical freight forwarding, supporting businesses across many industries by moving their shipments safely, securely, and on time. We don’t just take orders—we listen closely to our clients, understand their needs, and apply our ACTION methodology to everything we do.
